ನನ್ನ ಊರು ವಳದೂರು. ಉಡುಪಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಪಾದೂರು ಗ್ರಾಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುವ ಸಣ್ಣ ಊರು . ನಮಗೆ ಶಾಲಾ ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳಿಗೆ ಶಿರ್ವ ಹತ್ತಿರದ ತಾಣ. ಪಿ.ಯು.ಸಿ. ದಿನಗಳಿಂದ ಕವಿತೆ ಯ ಹುಚ್ಚು ನನ್ನ ಅಂಟಿಕೊಂಡಿದೆ. ಮೊದಮೊದಲು ಪ್ರಕೃತಿಯನ್ನು ನೋಡಿ ಬರೆಯ ತೊಡಗಿದೆ. ಮುಂಬೈ ಬಂದ ಮೇಲೆ ಜೀವನ , ಸಮಾಜ ಎಲ್ಲ ನನ್ನ ವಸ್ತು ಗಳಾದವು. ಕಳೆದ ೨೦೧೧ ರಲ್ಲಿ ನನ್ನ ಮಿತ್ರ ಚಿತ್ರಕಾರ ಸುನಿಲ್ ಮಿಶ್ರ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಇವನ ಒತ್ತಾಯದ ಮೇರೆಗೆ "ಸಂಗೀಸದ ಚೀಲ " ನನ್ನ ಪ್ರಥಮ ಕವನ ಸಂಕಲನ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಆಯಿತು .
